Retail Answers Client Bombay Duck Presents at eCommerce Expo

Gareth Tuppenney, sales and marketing director at Bombay Duck, gave a presentation to a crowded room on the success of his new web site.  This is a project that Retail Answers has been managing since its inception, including the business process design, the supplier selection and the implementation using the QuickLive system from Portaltech.  The new site, www.bombayduck.co.uk, which goes live in the next few weeks will support both retail and trade customers and has sophisticated functions including multiple price lists, order amendments, telesales operation, a personal range for each customer, multiple currencies, multiple shipments per order and visible stock availability.
