RAPID Streamlines Store Communication for Moss Bros

Background

Moss Bros Group is the UK’s number one branded suit specialist and trades from 160 stores across the country. With eight fascias and a mixture of retail and hire offerings, Moss Bros Group has a complex business model.

Moss Bros Group needed to improve the flow of information across the business to ensure that each store received relevant information in a timely manner and that head office could monitor actions taken in store.

Project Summary

Moss Bros Group decided that a store intranet would provide the solution and evaluated building a system internally. As a comparison, Lucy Chandhial, Retail Operations Manager, arranged a demonstration of RAPID, the store management system from Retail Answers.

Moss Bros Group was particularly impressed by RAPID’s

  • ability to create forms to collect information from stores
  • ease of monitoring store actions
  • method of targeting information to particular groups of stores
  • user-friendly interface across the whole system

Following Board level sign off, Retail Answers provided the system, implementation services and ongoing support to roll out RAPID across the estate.
